获取 MySQL 内存配置参数（从 /etc/my.cnf 解析）

获取 MySQL 运行时的内存相关配置参数，通过解析 /etc/my.cnf 和 SHOW VARIABLES 获得。

• action：GetDbStatus

输入参数
