`POST /site`

创建网站流量统计规则。

## Request body

_Required._

- `request_time` (`action276.request_time`; string, required) — Unix 时间戳。
- `request_token` (`action276.request_token`; string, required) — 按 API 概览生成的签名。
- `action` (`action276.action`; string, required) — 具体操作名称。
  - one of `"create_flow_rule"`

## create_flow_rule

创建网站流量统计规则。

- **路由**：`POST /site`
- **action**：`create_flow_rule`

## 输入参数
