`POST /site`

获取指定网站的子目录（二级域名）绑定列表。

## Request body

_Required._

- `action242.request_time` (string, required) — Unix 时间戳。
- `action242.request_token` (string, required) — 按 API 概览生成的签名。
- `action242.action` (string, required) — 具体操作名称。
  - one of `"GetDirBinding"`
- `action242.id` (integer, required) — 网站 ID

## GetDirBinding

获取指定网站的子目录（二级域名）绑定列表。

- **路由**：`POST /site`
- **action**：`GetDirBinding`
